I have a recall to be fixed. I called and made an appointment to have it serviced. I was told to bring it in at a scheduled time and it would be taken care of. I can in to find out they had to keep the vehicle most of the day just to inspect it. I now have to use another day to get it fixed when the parts are in. Purchasing a vehicle at Rainbow was a more plesurable buying experience than expected. There was no high pressure selling which would not work for me.
