In my opinion they are dishonest. I believe this service department screwed me out of $100.00+, which I had to pay to get my Jeep back. When I asked for an explanation, Adam couldn't even look at me. Total xx. They couldn't get the Jeep to reproduce the problem, but tightened ONE screw for $100.00+, He couldn't even say that was the problem or that if fixed it. I bought my Jeep from this dealership and two of my friends bought theirs there based on my recommendation, but that is the last dime they will get from me or anyone who will listen to me. When I buy another Jeep later this year, it will be from anyone but this dealership. I would not recommend this service department to anyone unless they just want to get ripped off. More
