I wasted an entire morning bc the wrong part was ordered. I hate that I have to go back there again. Appt was for 8:30am, I arrived by 8:15, was told be 9:15 that they were waiting to get the part that was a I hate that I have to go back there again. It took over 24hrs to change a battery. The bill was $464 then they charged my credit card $480. When I called they told me it was a credit card fee. And when anyone considers how much veh repairs & maintenance is, who carries that much cash around. Charging customers a credit card fee in this cashless world is obscene. More
