I wasted an entire morning bc the wrong part was ordered. I hate that I have to go back there again. It took over 24hrs to change a battery. The bill was $464 then they charged my credit card $480. When I called they told me it was a credit card fee. In my opinion they are dishonest. I believe this service department screwed me out of $100.00+, which I had to pay to get my Jeep back. I think they simply found a way to take money from me. They couldn't determine what was wrong, but yet they fixed it, for a service fee. When I asked for an explanation, Adam couldn't even look at me. Total xx. They couldn't get the Jeep to reproduce the problem, but tightened ONE screw for $100.00+, He couldn't even say that was the problem or that if fixed it. I bought my Jeep from this dealership and two of my friends bought theirs there based on my recommendation, but that is the last dime they will get from me or anyone who will listen to me. When I buy another Jeep later this year, it will be from anyone but this dealership. I would not recommend this service department to anyone unless they just want to get ripped off. More
