Worst experience ever. After switching to Jeep from usually buying Hyundai it has been nothing but issues but this service station is the worst. My car definitely has trans After switching to Jeep from usually buying Hyundai it has been nothing but issues but this service station is the worst. My car definitely has transmission issues and anyone outside of Jeep service department can clearly see this. A transmission going out doesn't always throw a code. Because of my warranty has to be serviced through Jeep. Every mechanic outside of Jeep says it's transmission yet Jeep can't seem to find the problem and say "car is driving as designed". Miraculously the car works fine when they test drive which is impossible. This is started in August, it's now November. 4 visits later and it's worse than ever with them still acting like nothing is wrong because they don't care and don't feel like dealing with it so they just don't. My warranty is almost up at this point and I still can't drive my car. If they cared they would have looked further for the problem but because they don't they instead did whatever they could to push the problem away and just not deal with it. I will never buy a Jeep again and I'm not the only one. They did nothing. More
