My Jeep came in for a recall on the back up camera. I have nothing but good to say about the dealership. My problem is with Jeep in general that what was supposed to be an easy OTA fix. It wasn't and I I have nothing but good to say about the dealership. My problem is with Jeep in general that what was supposed to be an easy OTA fix. It wasn't and I ended up being without the use of my vehicle for almost a month. The dealership kept me informed during the process but it seemed there was a significant delay in getting the replacement radio unit. More

Excellent Service from Derrick! ! I really do not know who helped with the finance part, I do not think he ever said. He was not friendly, did not smile very much. I think as for !
