My car has been with Rainbow Dodge Jeep for over 4 MONTHS now. They have not reached out to me not one time in the 4 month span to update me of the progress. Ive had to call every. Single time. And I get the now. They have not reached out to me not one time in the 4 month span to update me of the progress. Ive had to call every. Single time. And I get the same answer every time. Oh the “warranty company wants us to find the point of failure and our head mechanic has been on vacation.” Thats a long vacation. Anyway I find it incredible that it has taken this long and everything is being blamed on the warranty company. When its clear they ( rainbow dodge jeep) are dragging behind and taking their time on testing my car till failure. I need to sell it and This has taken so long and is still over there not completed. The least yall could do is REACH OUT TO ME and atleast let me know status updates. Also it seems like because I bought a new truck to replace the vehicle that constantly broke, rainbow service noticed this and they decided there was no urgency with getting my vehicle fixed. 4 months and counting. Then yall want me to give you a HARD 5 star review. I cant get over the fact that someone reached out to me by email and cell phone to tell me to give them 5 stars. Seems like there are a lot of bad reviews about this specific Dodge jeep Dealer. More

Dealership has been great,there trying there best to fix the issue with The constant stalling out and ABS Stability control light coming on and killing engine , they have changed out several parts and now S the issue with The constant stalling out and ABS Stability control light coming on and killing engine , they have changed out several parts and now Stellantis and the dealership are working hand in hand to figure out the issues after multiple parts have been changed under warranty and still my 2024 Ram 1500 eTourque 3.6 still sitting in shop with only 7900 miles on a brand new truck! I would think it's everything related to the Stability control Software Glitch hopefully it can be resolved and really fixed 100% and back to new truck status, in the meantime dealership gave me loaner on the 15th of February here is the 24th of February still don't have my truck back or know what is the resolution. Stellantis,Ram,FCA , need to stop manufacturing vehicles with problems I would hope that if Stellantis is stepping up with engineers to resolve issues should not extend so long as these are same engineering that built the truck, possibly it's a throttle body sensors, or need PIM installation, the truck drives fine on highway only stalls out at stops and it's going to cause an accident as a consumer I plan to buy many more trucks I would really like this issue to get resolved soon and correctly fix as at this point parts are being changed and the system is giving false code readings and or maybe trial and error to resolve faulty parts. I would like the manufacturer to either fix or give me a replacement. More
