His positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to help set him apart. He even connected me with contacts outside the dealership to lower my insurance rate, which was a huge help. Dean’s dedication and expertise made the entire process seamless. Jean, the manager, was equally impressive. Her professionalism and leadership were evident throughout the process, ensuring everything went smoothly and efficiently. Mike from the used car sales team also deserves recognition. He showed me a used WRX, and even though I ultimately decided on leasing a new WRX, his deep knowledge and insight made me seriously consider the option. If I wasn’t leasing, I would’ve gone with it. Chad and Andrew were great as well—helpful, professional, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. After visiting multiple dealerships, Rafferty Subaru was an easy choice. I truly appreciated the effort and care from everyone there. They made the process of getting my new WRX smooth and enjoyable. Most recent experience in vehicle lease not up to level of previous experience. Problems and miscommunications around leasing were put totally on customer to resolve.
