My number one Subaru service dealer Rafferty Service Department are very good in servicing my 2014 Forester XT, that is why I will hold on to it until 2024 model year for a replacement. Simple Servive Visit Just needed an oil change on my Impreza. No appointment made just drove in around 9:30 am. Was immediately greeted and directed to the right person. I Just needed an oil change on my Impreza. No appointment made just drove in around 9:30 am. Was immediately greeted and directed to the right person. In a minute or two was comfortably relaxing with my paper and a cup of coffee. In about an half hour I was told everything was done and I was ready to go. Everyone was courteous and helpful and the service waiting area is very nice and well appointed. Needed a quick chat with the service manager about my Forester glanced in and saw he was in his office walked in and introduced myself had a quick talk and was on my way. Just another of many pleasant visits to Rafferty Subaru! More
