Mike Magness went out of his way to set up a table in the fresh air because of my concerns about Covid. My car was ready for me, and going through the needed paperwork moved along in a timely manner. It was very easy dealing with Rafferty Subaru. I brought my car in for some work that was covered under my warranty. The service and inspection of my vehicle were done appropriately. Thus the 5 star rating. BUT, since my car was kept overnight, I had requested that a slow charge be placed on my battery since it cl appropriately. Thus the 5 star rating. My only complaint was the amount of time spent at the dealership - 4 hours - when I had already negotiated price and applied for financing be Subaru.
