When I dropped car off - I had a loaner (which is a very nice service) A day after I dropped off car - I got a call saying none of the parts was ordered . When I finally picked up my car it had not been washed - I was told when I purchased my car, that every time I come in for service the car would be run through the car wash before I got it back. My calls were not always returned very quickly - I think everything is over booked. Last, but not least, the labor costs are Very high. More

We purchased a '24 Subaru Forester six months ago from Rafferty Subaru, and decided to try them, which is unusual, for us, because we have a trusted auto mechanic for regular scheduled maintenance. Being seniors who can't be without a vehicle for a whole day, we took advantage of their drive up oil change service. During this service, we found Rafferty Subaru friendy, accommodating, professional, expedient, and very reasonably priced compared to other dealerships that we've experienced in the past. Honestly, we were surprised at their level of customer service. "If" we find this level of service and honest pricing the "norm" at Rafferty Subaru, we will continue servicing our Forester there. We will also be ambassadors for the dealership, as our niece was to us. On my niece's recommendation, we shopped, and ultimately purchased a vehicle from Rafferty; dont underestimate the power of "word of mouth" salespeople, by the way.
