I Hate HATE car dealerships and I dont really write reviews but I had to be thourough of how great it was to buy my lasf car! Until i got lucky and ran into Chris Brown at Radley Chevrolet, I thought t reviews but I had to be thourough of how great it was to buy my lasf car! Until i got lucky and ran into Chris Brown at Radley Chevrolet, I thought they were all the same kind of shadiness slimy sales punks who took advantage of people but he was such a blessing to work with that others need to know! He was oh so different that any feeling Ive had looking to buy my next form of transpotation, and Chris will be the only person I'll ever recommend from now on, period! I went from "I dont wanna be here" to that happy smiling confused but in a good way feeling of "Am I really still at a car dealership?! He was a delight to work with and didnt make us feel like his next commission point or next car sale but really made me genuinely feel like he cared about our situation and wanted to help us get the car we wanted for the price we could afford! When you're in the market for a vehicle you'll do yourself a huge favor to ask for him when you go there too! With all the vultures and Sales schemes, car dealerships use now adays, its hard to believe you'll meet such a good natured, good hearted, good mannered person who works at a car dealership. I didnt know him from Adam before I got there but he made us feel comfortable and like I knew him forever. What a breath of fresh air, a great big happy sigh of relief cause In the ocean of bad, horrible, "curse them" experiences in car dealerships Ive had everywhere, Ive found the one diamond in the rough that took great care of us and changed my mindset of how ill go about buying vehicles from now on! I have a good feeling, He will change yours too if you get to have him as your sales person... Best time at a Car deslership i ever had by far! Keep up the grest work Mr. Brown! Two vehicles in one month My husband and I initially sought out to purchase a used car from Radley. Shortly after arriving at the dealership, we met Aaron and immediately estab My husband and I initially sought out to purchase a used car from Radley. Shortly after arriving at the dealership, we met Aaron and immediately established a rapport with him. We explained that the car was to be for teenaged drivers and that safety was our primary concern. Aaron showed us the Chevy Cruze and a Chevy Sonic. We ultimately went with a 2018 Chevy Cruze LT with the RS package. The best thing about Aaron is that he LISTENED to us and worked with us to find a car that had the safety features we wanted and the piece of mind we needed at a price we were comfortable with. Off we went in our new Cruze! Fast forward two and a half weeks later; my car died. My new friend Aaron answered the call yet again. After test driving an Equinox and a Malibu, I found myself in another new Cruze. The entire transaction was quick, efficient, and professional with none of the back and forth between us and the sales manager or finance. Aaron is patient, friendly, and never made us feel as if we were just another sale. Buying from Radley (with Aaron's assistance) has been the most pleasant car buying experience to date; and I've purchased my share of cars over the years! I would highly recommend Aaron and Radley Chevrolet to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. More
DO NOT BUY FROM RADLEY CHEVROLET A couple of months ago I bought a used 2015 Chevy Sonic from Radley Chevrolet. When I bought the car, literally before I left the dealership the car b A couple of months ago I bought a used 2015 Chevy Sonic from Radley Chevrolet. When I bought the car, literally before I left the dealership the car broke down. The salesman, Sam got it fixed, it turns out it needed some sort if fan and the air conditioning needed to be charged. I was able to pick it up the next day. Immediately the tire pressure light came on so I went back to the dealership the next day and they checked the tire pressure and put air in my tires and sent me on my way. Within a day the tire pressure light went on again. I went back to the dealership they did the same thing, put air in the tire they said was having the problem. Again within a day the tire pressure light came on. I went for the 3rd time to the Radley dealership and they supposedly fixed the bad tire after 3 attempts to properly diagnose the problem. I was told the tire was replaced because after all I was a VIP member which was a service included in the purchase of my car. Then I was told no the tire wasn't replaced but instead a hole caused by a "huge nail" was patched on the inside of the tire. The truth of the matter was the huge hole was plugged. This past weekend I got an alert that my tire pressure was a little low so I went to Radley Chevrolet to have it checked since I am a "VIP member." They fixed it alright. Within 20 minutes of leaving the dealership my tire that was supposedly fixed when I first bought the car blew. I was almost in a car crash because of it. I was stranded in the heat and I am disabled. After several phone calls to the dealership service department and being told basically it's not our problem, the service department dispatched the sheriff's office to come and help me. Which I am grateful for. The deputy changed my tire to the spare which turned out to be a bad tire too and no good. The deputy carefully inspected the tire that blew and said the tire should have been replaced from the beginning and never should have been plugged because the hole was just too big. He went on to say any half witted service tech would have known that. I or someone else could have been killed because of that negligence. Here it is, Monday morning and I've yet to hear from anyone from the dealership about replacing my tire which is what I was told was done after I first bought it. Here are my thoughts. Being a VIP member at Radley means squat. I bought a car for $10k cash and it had a dangerous bad tire on it when I bought it. Instead of fixing it correctly Radley Chevrolet did the bare minimum and sent me on my way not giving a xxxx about the danger I was being put in. VIP really means nothing. They refuse to take responsibility and basically by their actions have told me to eff off it's not their problem. Do not buy a used vehicle from Radley Chevrolet. When it comes down to it they are just another used car salesman mentality dealership. They do not care about the safety of their customers. They care about money. I will never buy from them again. I will warn all my friends and family not to buy from them. More
2 vehicles in 2 years I can't say enough about Radley. I bought a 2017 Colorado last year, and the process was great. Even though I changed my mind a dozen times, salesman Nick Ierardi was extremely patient and found me exactly the truck I was looking for. The maintenance plan and service department has been great too. It's easy to get an appointment. My wife and I bought a 2018 Traverse a couple of days ago, and the process was again seamless. I sought out Nick Ierardi once again to help us. He did not let us down, no pressure, and very patient. He got us a great deal and explained all of our options very carefully. We'll be back in 10 years or so. More
Do NOT trust service center or this dealership We have always bought Chevys and have had our cars serviced here. Until now. The last two times we had tried to get our cars serviced they have tried to rip us off. Recently Justin the service manager called to tell us how our car was in terrible shape. But we could trade it in and explained all the great deals. When we said we had a dealer we always use he became rude and wanted to know how he was going to get paid for his diagnostic. The trip before this one? They wanted $2000 for brakes and rotators because they were so bad. Car didn’t pass inspection. My husband bought $64 brakes and it passed. Be warned. Nothing is good about this place. More
