Terrible service. The problem started when my battery died and subsequently the emissions sensors stopped functioning and would not pass inspection. I then researched and determined that I needed to perform I/M readiness tests myself, which worked until I shut off the vehicle. Upon returning to the auto repair shop for the emission tests explaining what I did, they stated that the problem was likely a computer ECM issue, which is best handled by a Chevy Dealer. I shared with the Radley service advisor this diagnosis where I expected the computer "ECM" would be checked out or replaced, which the service advisor concurred with me upon setting up an appointment. Instead a week and several phone calls later, Radley performed the same exact Emissions I/M readiness drive cycle procedures that I did which failed and stated that it was a battery problem, which they replaced, and re-did the emissions I/M readiness drive cycle procedure. They stated to me in writing "after multiple test drives and verifying all I/M readiness tests pass, found will consistently clear after ignition cutoff/during cranking". However, they told me by phone the day before that I would have to do the I/M readiness tests myself for key/core emission sensors needed to pass (catalyst, oxygen sensor, and EVAP)?? I did and they still failed, sending me back to square one. This didn't cost much (299.95), but they did not fix anything. I still have a vehicle that won't pass emissions and very annoyed that they only repeated what I had already done which failed. When I called for updates, they would only repeat back to me what they were going to do, which was exactly the same steps I had done giving me a lot of attitude and disrespect. The shop foreman in one conversation previously stated that if the I/M readiness continued to fail, they would check the ECM connections and replace it if faulty. So long story short, I will never understand why they did not do this since they didn't' fix anything and from where I am sitting were dishonest about resolving my problem. After a week of this nonsense, I finally asked for the vehicle back telling them I would have to find another dealer more trustworthy that would get to the root cause. This is my first experience in over 30 years bringing a vehicle in to a dealer where I wasted a lot to time getting nothing back in return. Needless to say, I am done with this dealership. More

I would recommend Radley Chevrolet Dealership and Denise. Mr. Redding did a great job of making the paperwork quick and painless as well. More
These people literally scheme customers, aggressive and pushy behavior. I told them that I am just browsing and they literally came back over 6 times trying to push me into something I wasn’t interested in pushy behavior. Sad dealer I've purchased 5 new vehicles there and never get to use my oil changes that are sold in the deal because I have to wait 2-4 hours. They said just make an appointment that's great but it's 2-3 we get to use my oil changes that are sold in the deal because I have to wait 2-4 hours. They said just make an appointment that's great but it's 2-3 weeks out so I guess I just park my vehicle until they can fit in a loyal customer. We'll no more loyalty More
I have a 2002 Trailblazer and the mileage is approximately 46,000. Decided to spruce up the vehicle so took it to Radley. Justin was the service writer that I worked with. The needs as evaluated approximately 46,000. Decided to spruce up the vehicle so took it to Radley. Justin was the service writer that I worked with. The needs as evaluated by Radley were Brakes all around, New Tires, Upper and lower ball joints, and replacement of all heat/AC doors that control the AC/Heat distribution in the vehicle, as I requested.. I went to Radley to pick up the vehicle and found as delivered back to me, the AC vents were not functional and obviously not tested by the mechanic. I Never left the lot and put vehicle back in service bay. After that the AC doors were still dysfunctional and required reloading the software that controls the positioning of the doors, no obvious Quality check. The next attempt to pick up the vehicle I found that the Brake job which was rotors, pads, fluid replace & hopefully bleed the brakes. Obviously an item that was not tested and the brake went nearly to the floor without successfully stopping the vehicle. Back to the shop again and was returned to me delivered and finally it looked like we may be OK, but now the AC doors are intermittent and the cold air has changed to less than satisfactory cool air when it works. The contents of the Glove box was jammed into the center console rather carelessly. After spending more that $5000.00 on these repairs I am VERY hesitant to return it to Radley service with concerns that are due to the total lack of Quality Control over their service bays. I would like the systems to function as designed but feel the Monetary hole may grow deeper if I take it back to Radley. We have been using Radley for years and they have become less than trust worthy for my vehicle repairs. The rating reflects my opinion. More
FOLLOW UP: We FINALLY got the vehicle in the shop. Never heard from Mr Pittman since the initial call. They replaced the carpets and crossing their fingers it won’t leak again. We will see. But this dealers heard from Mr Pittman since the initial call. They replaced the carpets and crossing their fingers it won’t leak again. We will see. But this dealership is AGAIN not helping us. The vehicle still isnt done- We have a business trip planned and let Vikki Koons know previously about it and now she is going back on her word and they refuse to cover our rental while our car is in the shop and we’re away on our trip! And NOONES even wanting to help us. It seems like reviews are the only thing that gets them to do something. So here you go. More
Radley is aweful. The salesman‘s were jerks. They were rude. Now my brand new 2020 Impala is growing mold on the floor AND the floor mats and they don’t seem to care or want to fix it. We have contacted t rude. Now my brand new 2020 Impala is growing mold on the floor AND the floor mats and they don’t seem to care or want to fix it. We have contacted them multiple times about this. SMH. and Jason needs to be fired. He’s unhelpful and doesn’t care about customers. all he does is come up with excuses on why it’s happening- bottom line it’s not ok. Do not support this dealership bc they are crooked af and are money hungry. More
Their service team, is 5 stars, I just want to make that clear. However the experience that one salesperson gave me when looking to buy a new truck ZERO stars. When buying a new vehicle, you negotiate. To f clear. However the experience that one salesperson gave me when looking to buy a new truck ZERO stars. When buying a new vehicle, you negotiate. To find a right price that works for you and the dealer. I get sometimes people can’t come to an agreement, but I didn’t even get that far. The guy I worked with pretty much tried to kick me out after my (first) offer. He came back and said “we can’t do that, have a nice day” with the tone of “get out”. He didn’t even sit back down he just stood behind me like he was going to help me pull my seat out to help me leave. As the consumer, I felt like I had to force the negotiation to continue, but you could sense the lack of interest in trying to help. There was no counter offer, no seeing if there was any other options, nor asking if I had money to put down (which I did). I had to initiate everything I felt, but after awhile. The lack of interest and unwillingness to want to help. I gave up and just left, went to another dealership and who was able willing to negotiate with me and now I own a new 1500 Silverado for a good price. More
My wife and I bought a used 2014 Chevy Tahoe and worked with Eric Jones. Eric was very professional and made buying a car enjoyable. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase. with Eric Jones. Eric was very professional and made buying a car enjoyable.
