I used Radley's collision center for the repair of my vehicle that was involved in a rear-end collision. When I picked up my vehicle on August 14th, 2024, I pointed out to the service advisor that the trunk floor hard cover was missing. We looked around for it but were unable to find it. I left with the vehicle and was promised that this would be made right and told to expect a call. No call was ever returned. I called twice more over the next couple of weeks and again was promised a call back, and like previous experience there was no call back. I left a final message with the dealership over a week ago, this time I was promised that Colin Radley would personally return my call that day, again no return call. At this point, I truly believe they are blowing me off and hoping that I'll simply go away. I have a plug in hybrid with a now exposed auxiliary 12 volt battery and hybrid electronics package in the trunk. I worry now about simply grocery shopping with this vehicle as I don't want any of the expensive components in the rear damaged or shorted. I can't get any satisfaction from Radley Chevrolet at this point and will move on to filing a complaint with the auto repair governing authority in Virginia, my insurance company who paid for the repair, and GM Customer Service. I've lived in the area for 15 years now and have used both Radley Chevrolet and Radley Cadillac several times over the years. I will be taking my business to other franchise dealership in the future. I've never been more disappointed in my GM experience as Radley Chevrolet has left me. More
I had an oil change and tire rotation done on 2/2/24. Upon the return of my vehicle, I could smell antifreeze, but could not locate where it was coming from. A few days later my boyfriend noticed the Upon the return of my vehicle, I could smell antifreeze, but could not locate where it was coming from. A few days later my boyfriend noticed the reservoir was low and that antifreeze was leaking from under the car. I took the car back in and was told the water pump needed to be replaced, was quoted $1,300 and it "may or may not" need a thermostat. Mind you I have driven this car since July 2023 with ZERO issues until I took it in for the oil change. I received no update on if the thermostat was to be replaced- and was called to let me know it was complete. My total was around $100 more than what I was originally quoted- $1435. On 2/13, I called service to get a shuttle to the dealership so that I could pick up my vehicle, and the receptionist seemed annoyed with my request. I waited 45 minutes and no one arrived, so I had to Uber to the dealership and paid $15. Upon picking up my car, I noticed the check engine light was on- it was not that way when I dropped it off. I drove it back to the service bay and was told that the technicians forgot to plug in the new thermostat when the water pump was replaced. Seriously? No one noticed that the check engine light was on as a final check? This is the second vehicle I have had problems with at Radley. The last- it took 7 repeat visits and they still couldn't get it right. I have no faith in the techs that work there. I have the VIP service package with my vehicle now, but honestly, I'd pay to take it elsewhere for service. That's how much I just don't trust them. If you look through Google reviews, you will see other complaints of things "breaking" after routine service. More

Terrible service. I brought my 2004 Chevy Silverado in for service to address emission monitoring sensors not working where the truck fails emission "I/M Readiness" t I brought my 2004 Chevy Silverado in for service to address emission monitoring sensors not working where the truck fails emission "I/M Readiness" testing (performed via specific Chevy Silverado test driving instructions to reset the sensors). The problem started when my battery died and subsequently the emissions sensors stopped functioning and would not pass inspection. I then researched and determined that I needed to perform I/M readiness tests myself, which worked until I shut off the vehicle. Upon returning to the auto repair shop for the emission tests explaining what I did, they stated that the problem was likely a computer ECM issue, which is best handled by a Chevy Dealer. I shared with the Radley service advisor this diagnosis where I expected the computer "ECM" would be checked out or replaced, which the service advisor concurred with me upon setting up an appointment. Instead a week and several phone calls later, Radley performed the same exact Emissions I/M readiness drive cycle procedures that I did which failed and stated that it was a battery problem, which they replaced, and re-did the emissions I/M readiness drive cycle procedure. They stated to me in writing "after multiple test drives and verifying all I/M readiness tests pass, found will consistently clear after ignition cutoff/during cranking". However, they told me by phone the day before that I would have to do the I/M readiness tests myself for key/core emission sensors needed to pass (catalyst, oxygen sensor, and EVAP)?? I did and they still failed, sending me back to square one. This didn't cost much (299.95), but they did not fix anything. I still have a vehicle that won't pass emissions and very annoyed that they only repeated what I had already done which failed. When I called for updates, they would only repeat back to me what they were going to do, which was exactly the same steps I had done giving me a lot of attitude and disrespect. The shop foreman in one conversation previously stated that if the I/M readiness continued to fail, they would check the ECM connections and replace it if faulty. So long story short, I will never understand why they did not do this since they didn't' fix anything and from where I am sitting were dishonest about resolving my problem. After a week of this nonsense, I finally asked for the vehicle back telling them I would have to find another dealer more trustworthy that would get to the root cause. This is my first experience in over 30 years bringing a vehicle in to a dealer where I wasted a lot to time getting nothing back in return. Needless to say, I am done with this dealership. More
