I have purchased many new cars over the years and this was the best experience I ever had. Our salesman was awesome! He was not like the typical experience I have had. I have brought my vehicle to this dealership many times over the 10 years I have had my car. I have also spent more money than the car is worth fixing it. Each time I take it in and get it back there is so over the 10 years I have had my car. I have also spent more money than the car is worth fixing it. Each time I take it in and get it back there is something else wrong with it that wasn't when I initially took it in. On this last visit they completely replaced my battery connectors and battery. When I got home I noticed my driver's side window controls only work for 3 windows not 4. The passenger side window controls on the driver's side does not work. I have tried to use it several times and it doesn't work. The time before this last visit all my lights were on when I went to pick up the car the lights were off and as soon as I was close to home the lights came back on and this is after paying almost $3000 for repairs. They came and picked up my car and repaired it again. I like taking my car to the dealer because I feel like they would know my car the best but I would say my experience has not been the best. It seems everytime I take it to the dealer I have to pay at least $1000 to get it fixed. These repairs add up and I probably could or should have a new car with the amount of money I have spent. When I get a new car which will more than likely be soon, I am not convinced Acura is worth my money. More
