I lost my power steering, which turned out to be a recall on my Acura. I called and spoke to Chris Green who told me to bring iin my car. As a dedicated Acura owner, I find it disheartening to recount the deceitful practices I've encountered at Radley Acura, along with what appears to be complicity from Acura Corporation. My experience has led me to seriously reconsider my loyalty. Radley Acura's purported customer-friendly demeanor is nothing but a facade, designed to lower your defenses while they systematically drain your finances. My personal encounters include inflated repair estimates aimed at coercing unnecessary vehicle purchases and charges for services never rendered. Attempting to seek recourse from Acura Corporation only revealed their role as enablers of this dishonest dealership. It's crucial to note that Acura dealerships do not share your service history, a system that seems tailored to facilitate manipulation and exploitation by such establishments. Contrastingly, I've learned that Ford, according to loyal friends, offers a transparent service history tracking system, facilitated by factory-trained technicians and service advisors who are less prone to dishonesty. My advice to fellow consumers is to meticulously document all transactions and scrutinize service details. Familiarize yourself with your vehicle's operations before and after service appointments, and don't hesitate to involve your bank or credit card company if issues arise with Radley Acura's services.
