The team at Radley Acura is always kind and friendly, and the service is great. Since I purchased my car from them, and had it serviced there for the first time, my husband insists on going there to have my the service is great. Horrible customer service. No acknowledgement from service staff for at least five minutes after pulling in. After 2 hours waiting (with an appointment) to just complete a state inspection, We said we will take our car elsewhere for a 2nd opinion due to the excessive maintenance issues they flagged, then the tech/cashier argued and nearly refused to give us the car keys back. They also refused to charge the state mandated $20, because they add in additional fees making the total $28. Do not plan on returning here. More
