The car salesman Roland Zizer was pushy, passive aggressive and rude at times during my car buying process. I felt like a number and not like a customer. When it came down to buying the car, during my final walk around I noticed minor scratches that weren’t on the car when i first viewed it. When I pointed them out and asked them t be buffed out. Ronald became defensive and got an attitude with me because I pointed out these issues out and wanted them fixed before driving the car off the lot. I also had an encounter with the general sales manager, Jesse Reeves that didn’t make me feel appreciated as a customer. I spoke with him on the phone to tell him I wanted to come in and talk with him about pricing, but when I got to the car dealership, I waited an hour for him to come and talk to me. Meanwhile, Roland relayed all of my questions to Jesse as he sat in his office. More
The customer service is always premium. It is the reason I bought, well leased the vehicle in the first place. I did not intend to, but they way they treated me, I couldn’t help it. They made a solid offer for the new vehicle, matched my trade-in valuation, provided clear OTD pricing when requested, and were very responsive on email during the week between testdrive and delivery -- all of which made the entire buying process extremely smooth and low-key. (Throwing in a few extras at the end was a nice touch, too -- and appreciated!) I was VERY IMPRESSED that throughout the sales process *nobody* asked "how are you going to pay for it?" until I showed up to drive it home. That was refreshing and also made the experience comfortable and pressure/worry-free. This is my second Acura purchased from Radley since 2004. They make the new-car buying experience easy! More
