Out of state buyer here. Contacted Radley Acura to make a deal on a dream car, Type R i've wanted and to use a trade in I had. At first it felt welcoming but quickly turned into just shady / information being withheld when asking for how much total they ran my credit for. I had been on the phone with Hassan in Finance negotiating my payoff, We decided on a different number and was told i would get a call back, never did. meanwhile david run my credit still even though we have not agreed on any payoff amount i was comfortable with. They used the lowest payoff amount for their benefit and at no point was i given ANY specific numbers for my vehicle and the Vehicle i wanted. I asked multiple times and met rude responses and no CLEAR answer. I have screenshots and records showing my interaction. This was a terrible experience and feel like I was not cared for at all. Be aware EDIT / UPDATE: After some time I was contacted by sales / finance manager Jesse, they were prompt to apologize for the bad experience and to make it up to me by assigning different salesman and getting the deal done. I was able to drive 9 hours to get my dream car and was all done with the help of Jesse & Cristian who went far and beyond to make sure my needs were met and to correct my previous experience, this new experience has been 10x better and cannot wait to deal with them more! More

I always know I am getting the very best deal available (so much so that I no longer even price shop a deal…if Radley offers, it’s certain to be the best deal available.) Special thanks to Sales Manager Jesse Reeves for offering to me another fair deal that took into account my long time loyalty. And I cannot say enough good things about my longtime Sales Associate Nader Sulaiman who has ALWAYS watched out for me with each successive sale over the years and taken personal interest in me and my family (staying in touch after delivery and in the years in between sales) and I completely trust him to steer me in the right direction and offer me a fair deal. He’s knowledgeable about every aspect of the Acura product and had made many good recommendations over the years related to vehicle features. Like Nader, I also completely trust the GREAT Service team, which has always guided me between work my car definitely needs and optional work that would be good but may not be necessary at that moment. In particular Malik Jefferson has been a valued service advisor to me, making appointments for me around my busy schedule, helping with loaner cars when I can’t wait around for the service to be performed, staying in good communication while they have my vehicle, and quickly getting the service work performed and my car returned. They have never recommended unnecessary work, so that when they tell me something must be repaired I believe them completely. When I do wait around for the work to be performed I appreciate that Radley has a comfortable modern lounge where I can either relax and watch their big screen television or access their free high speed Internet to get work done while enjoying complementary beverages. My wife does not have an Acura so I have experienced other dealerships’ sales and service efforts…and none compare to Radley. Even dealerships selling more expensive cars (think Lexus or Audi or BMW) can’t compare in the way they SELL you a car and charge for service. Radley is the tops, the absolute best at taking care of their customer. And a dealership is only as good as their team members. Radley has the best, led by Nader in Sales and Malik in service! I wouldn’t buy a car anywhere else. More
