Punctual service price reasonable after all you use Nissan parts unlike other car garages I’ve been to.Although they are much cheaper it’s not worth it in the long run ! The girl who took my info was sweet and attentive. She kindly took my coupons and told me which would save me the most. It had been a while since my last visit for service. I was disappointed that they did not wash my car as they had in the past. Perhaps they do not offer that any more. Also, extremely disappointed that you must pay cash or by debit. No longer are checks accepted and to add insult to injury they are adding a surcharge to use a credit card. RIDICULOUS! More
The dealership is a bunch of liars and looking to cheat you every way they can. The sales person lied. The finance person did not explain anything and charged me 500 dollars to get rid of my previous lea you every way they can. The sales person lied. My huge mistake that I paid 35500$ for a 3 year old car that was only worth 32000 in 2020. They also lied on their Nissan certified report and I had to fight with them to fix numerous items that were deficient. In the end the service department was better than the sales department but they had my car for 2 weeks fixing the numerous items. Never again will I ever go to freehold Nissan and I will make it my mission to make sure no one else does because I don’t want them to get ripped off. If I could, I’d return the car and get my money back because I’m the end, the car was not worth anywhere near what I paid. Horrible horrible dealership. Buyer beware!!! More
