My car had to be towed to Raceway Lia of Freehold a couple weeks ago for a failed engine coil. While my car was being serviced here, personal items were stolen out of my car and there has been nothing couple weeks ago for a failed engine coil. While my car was being serviced here, personal items were stolen out of my car and there has been nothing done about it. What was stolen you might ask? It was a “drive safe” visor clip, a gift from my grandmother who is now deceased. Like I said, nothing has been done about it. Not even so much as a phone call. I called and left a voicemail. No return call. I emailed and left my phone number. No returned call. Simply just have been met with an email response of “we’ll look around for it and sorry, we get your frustration”. All of the pictures I had held underneath this clip were rummaged through and put in my center console when they were clipped to my visor originally. Also, a Photo Booth strip of pictures of me and a friend was taken out of all the pictures and prayer cards I had in said clip. if you ever want to trust your car at this dealership just know they employee dishonest, untrustworthy people and will do nothing to make the situation right. My engine coil blew, so why that meant someone needed to sit in my car, take the clip off the visor, look through my photos, take 1 of the photos AND to take the clip, is something I can’t understand. I emailed the service department manager and the service director. Frank and Lauren. Neither of them seem to take this seriously as I had said, no one thought to even pick up the phone to speak to me after I alerted them of the situation. More
Service not available for 3 weeks just for an oil change. They need to hire more staff so they can help their customers get a basic service in a reasonable time! They need to hire more staff so they can help their customers get a basic service in a reasonable time! More
Service department terrible. Brought in my 2020 Kia soul because 2 Master ASE mechanics told me I needed a timing chain. They were unable to get one due to part being back ordered. They thought Kia could obtain the part much quicker. I was charged a $250 diagnostic fee and was then told me the engine was shot. told me the spark plugs were bad, even though they had been just replaced the week before. They said for $500 they could tear it down and see if Kia would replace the engine if Kia wouldn’t replace the engine it would be another $$500 to put it back. This service department is the worst!!! I got my car back— we were able to locate a timing chain and my car is now working beautifully. It kills me we bought 2 cars from this dealer 2 weeks before this incident with my car. I’m out $250 because they have the worst service department. More

Worst service experience I have ever received!!! Waited almost 4 hours with no current update on my car, as every one else seated around me was told step by step about their car service and what was going almost 4 hours with no current update on my car, as every one else seated around me was told step by step about their car service and what was going on. Only once i said something to the representative did she inform me that they could not fix my car that day and I would have to come back another time and that would have to pay even more for this special specialist to come in just to run test to attempt to figure out what is wrong. Not to mention very relaxed on every one wearing a mask inside during the pandemic, both for customers and employees. More

Fantastic customer service, Amanda & Joe the best!!! I had leased a car from Raceway Kia and three weeks later unfortunately got a nail in tire after going through a part of Howell sewers being installed I had leased a car from Raceway Kia and three weeks later unfortunately got a nail in tire after going through a part of Howell sewers being installed. As a Visiting Nurse I was in a jam. I was working, it was 1 pm in afternoon and had more patients to see. I called dealership, very supportive, stated for me to bring car in to assess. Amanda in service was the best. She was juggling many other customers but took time to coordinate with Joe Aquilar to solve my problem. It was a special tire to be replaced and had to be ordered, they gave me a loaner car so I could finish seeing my patients and get through my day. I picked up my car all done with a beautiful car wash next day!! I had a Subaru in past and never got the customer service Raceway Kia gave me. In fact I asked my mechanic what was the best car to get when my Subaru started leaking oil, she stated get a "Kia". I love my Sportage. Bottom line is when buying or leasing a car the followup customer service is so important. I will recommend Raceway Kia to all my co workers and friends. STEVE WAS AWESOME I came in due to an issue with my previous car bought in Kia 3 years ago. Steve was amazing trying to find a solution to our problems. We ended up buy I came in due to an issue with my previous car bought in Kia 3 years ago. Steve was amazing trying to find a solution to our problems. We ended up buying a new car, just because of the great service we received from him. This is the third car we bought from Kia, and the second car didn't meet our expectations due to some factory issues, however Steve was great and understanding and honestly he is the reason we decided to give Kia a new opportunity.
