I met with Ryan in finance and he was very easy to work with. Subsequently Tony, paired my Iphone to the Bluetooth system and went over all the important things in the car. Jake introduced me to Adele and asked him to show me the new Sorrento. Adele was so personable and extremely knowledgeable about all the features that the Sorrento offers. From the internet sales person Beth, to the staff at the dealership, especially Korey who was our salesperson and said he would get us the deal, and his apprentice Joanne, and Carey and the finance manager who was a very nice young man, ( I forgot his name ) the entire experience was top notch. They really do make you feel like family. Every one including the young man who prepped the car and the one who explained the details of the car, was friendly and helpful. The whole process was less than 3 hours which is unheard of, and we came out with a beautiful 2018 Soul! Thumbs up all around..Thank You! More
