RUN AWAY FROM HERE!!! Terrible dealership. I made an offer on a Sorento and had it all in writing (email). The full details of the lease were outlined numerous times (vehi Terrible dealership. The full details of the lease were outlined numerous times (vehicle stock number, monthly payment, total due at signing, and lease terms) and acknowledged and approved by the salesman and he confirmed his manager approved. Of course once I arrived, the changes started happening. They said there was miscommunication in the vehicle I wanted (again the exact stock number was given) then another miscommunication on the cash upfront (they wanted me to put $7k down on top of fees and first month when the "approved deal was only first month and fees). Also, they keep trying to push 39 month lease prices when Kia does 36 month leases. My guess is they are probably running numbers with another finance company to pad the money factor and pocket some backend money on the interest. But then they were gonna work with me (lol). Picked out a different car and went to $3500 plus first month for $260 more PER MONTH on a car that was only $4k more than the original car I sent the stock number for and approval on a price. This dealer also seems to pad the sticker price with "dealer installed" items that nobody wants (some LoJack type garbage) .. Wonder if they would have tried to sell me undercoating as well lol. Don't waste your time, shady salesman and managers and the dealership is a dump. More
