I had expected to give five stars as my dealings with Raceway Kia were great, but in hindsight, I feel like I may have been swindled. I purchased a used car from them, and well after the price was negotiated, after I signed the paperwork, I was given the key. Singular. One. This was never mentioned. And if making a key cost $12, it would not be an issue. But the best price I've been quoted for a key for this particular car is over $500. At the time, I was unaware of the cost of replacement. That's on me. But I've asked for assistance in getting a new key made at less than that crazy price--three times--and been met with silence. It seems a little sneaky and dishonest to not mention that the car only came with a single set of keys. So beware, buyers--check out everything, including the things you expect go without saying.
