A Very Good First Experience This was my first visit and experience with Raceway Kia and Kia in general. I decided to visit this dealership because of the advertised no money down This was my first visit and experience with Raceway Kia and Kia in general. I decided to visit this dealership because of the advertised no money down lease. It was the best option. For my situation. I was greeted by the sales manager and he assisted throughout my time there. My salesperson, Case, was new to sales but not the dealership. He was attentive, well spoken and knew the cars. The process took longer given he was new but I preferred him to learn and do things right. There were a couple of pot holes in the process but everyone handled the situation well and jumped to ensure I left not only with what I wanted but happy as well. Everyone worked as a team to help me out of my situation and into a new SUV. I ended up with a 2020 Sportage S and leaving a 2016 Honda Civic Touring that I was very upside down on (bought used and only had one year). Happy customer and would recommend this dealership, the sales manager Ufuoma (he is awesome) and Casey. I would go back and lease again. More
