after buying a car understanding AS IS CONDITION, while test driving the car we brought up an issue with the breaks. That they made noises, there was a smell, didn't seem right. They took the car back, cla test driving the car we brought up an issue with the breaks. That they made noises, there was a smell, didn't seem right. They took the car back, claimed they fixed it. We needed to find a mechanic to look at ( we live almost 2 hours away and already had the car when the breaks acted up again) Upon finding a mechanic and getting it in the shop we found out that BOTH rear caliburs were no good and the car should have never left the lot. When we reviewed out paper work we asked what the $1500 charge is and were told that that was for repairs to make the car safe and able to be sold. In calling and speaking to AL i was told ( and to just speak with him took multiple calls and over a week) i would get a check for what we agreed on ( on the phone) that was 10-23-23. Today is 11-21-23 and no calls or check has been received. More

Our salesperson Rosario took the time (and it was a long time!) to sit with us and walk us through the process of making a purchase that was within our budget. Buying a car is never an entirely pleasant experience but he remained with us through our many questions and interactions with management and was even there to congratulate us hours later when we finally wrapped up with finance. Also their advertised prices on Certified Pre Owned cars are outright lies in that they don't include the "certification" in the price (meaning the price is without warranty). Misleading at best but is really deceptive. Dealer should be investigated for such practices. More
Awful dealership, run far and fast to get away from there. I understand the car market we are in and “market adjustment” however trying to sell a Niro EX-Touring for $5000 over MSRP is a new level of g there. I understand the car market we are in and “market adjustment” however trying to sell a Niro EX-Touring for $5000 over MSRP is a new level of greed. Then when I said I could buy a SX-Touring for sticker the sales manager basically called me a liar. At the end of the day I guess he did me a favor because I went and bought that SX-Touring and love it. If you are in the market for a KIA do yourself a favor and go to Fred Bean and don’t pay over MSRP. Oh and if someone from the dealership sees this, first I was totally willing to pay MSRP and drive away that day. Second thanks for not doing so, I never really thought about runway red but now that I have it I love it. More
The Raceway Kia team did a great job from start to finish with my transaction. My sales rep Zynijia Oglesby was great. Very professional, took the time to understand my needs. I test drove 3 vehicles (2 trims of the same one - and I settled on one of them that she recommended), She is very knowledgeable of the vehicles and their differences. She was very transparent throughout the process to set reasonable expections. Was able to find the right model to meet my needs closer to my price point. Very happy with the process of the sales experience. The finance department was very efficient and was able to get through and explain the forms I was signing. Every sales rep I came in contact with treated me as if I was working directly with them. I have not been to the service department but will plan ahead to get an appointment. I attempted to connect with a sales representative at Raceway first thing in the morning. Was told that they were too busy at that time and then I would hear back. After about five hours I reconnected and then ended up waiting another hour and a half before someone was able to call me and discuss a car that I was interested in. The car I was looking at had been on the lot for almost 90 days. Danny did a FaceTime walk around and was very helpful throughout (to be fair). By early evening we were by phone negotiating the price. A sales person named Danny was the go-between myself and a manager named Dave. As of 6:32 PM I had my offer to Danny and I waited for a response back. My offer did not include the stated dealer prep fee of $895 which seemed unreasonable for a car that only had 16,000 miles on it and still had its original tires. Although the dealership closes at 8 o'clock, I never received a phone call. The next morning I reached out and was told that the car had been sold to someone who came in at 7:15 at night. No call was given to me to keep me in the loop. I was not asked at any point if I would pay the full asking considering a new person had come into the picture after 88 days of sitting on the lot. What an unprofessional operation. More
