I emailed them ahead of time so the chosen vehicle was ready for a test drive when I arrived. I also applied for financing online and was approved for a loan before visiting the dealership. There was no pressure to purchase and no deceptive games played. Roger showed me his best price and how he got it including list price, factory invoice, discount, and rebates. He even showed me an analysis to help decide whether it was better to take the rebate or 0% financing. I had a vehicle to trade in. Roger showed me the blue book value range and offered slightly above the average. No haggling, no disappearances to "talk to my manager". In spite of the fact that the finance person had unexpectedly called out that day, I was there for less than 4 hours. This time included a test drive and visual inspection of the vehicle. I have never purchased a vehicle so quickly and easily. I would definitely recommend Murray Kia. More

My exceptional exsperience at Murray Kia. I was suddenly forced into purchasing a car when my old one broke down. It was day 5 of my car search and I was feeling really down about things because of being turned down so often and feeling just powerless. I walked onto Murray Kia sales lot and I was visibly down and out when a blast of just intense light came into my life that day. That blast of life and hope came from Aurora Wetherill. She had an all American girl who lives next door quality combined with an intelligence and spark that could even make me feel better that day. She talked with me on the lot for a while and told me she was certain that she could find me a car. I immediately trusted her and she helped me through the process of not just getting a used car but a brand new one. I have never owned a new car and I could hardly believe my ears when she said that not only would I qualify for a new car but that I could receive an excellent interest rate on a Kia Rio. That very evening I drove off the lot in a new Rio and I give all the credit to Aurora. She even called me the next day to ask how everything was going with my new car. If you want honesty, integrity, and a very cheerful full of life person to purchase a car from than I recommend Aurora! More

He was very responsive in every email that I sent him. Even on his days off!!!! He tracked down the Sorento we were looking for and held to his word on everything he quoted us. Even nicer was he didn't hand us over to another salesman once we arrived at the dealership to complete our purchase. He stuck with us to the end. But we were in and out of there quicker than we ever have been at a dealership. I do have to say that every person we encountered at Murray was super nice and very knowledgeable. Finally, I have to add that we live in Northeast Philly so we did not want to make the drive to Conshohocken. However, Roger made it worth the drive. We will return again when shopping for our next vehicle! More
