Great staff, easy to work with. Overall, I had a good experience purchasing a new automobile from Murray Kia. This was a repeat purchase, as I bought a car from them years ago. The only 'hard' part of buying a car is the time you need to invest to get through the process. It takes hours to purchase and subsequently pick up the car when it is ready. I found this to be part of the car buying process at every dealership where I have been a customer over the years. You would think that all dealers would review and streamline their process to try to make it easier to get the customer processed in less that two hours, but it seems that every dealership takes that long. More
