There was really no need to "sell" the car to me, because I made it clear that I wanted that particular car and was very glad it was available. The price had been advertised online, so our conversation was relatively simple, as car sales go. The one thing that I wanted that was not in the car was a privacy cover for the trunk, since the back window, even though dark, does not fully obscure what's in the trunk. Stanley promised to provide one and he did, having it sent to me after the purchase. I really appreciate the salesman going to that length to satisfy a reasonable (but apparently complicated) request. One negative part of the experience was that I noticed, and mentioned to the salesman, that the tire pressure light was on, when I looked at the car. Unfortunately, on the day I picked up the car, I neglected to look for that, assuming that it had been taken care of. However, a few miles away from the dearlership, I noticed that the light was still on. But, since I was heading out of PA, it was too late to return to the dealership to have it corrected. I emailed Stanley about it when i returned home (in NY); he apologized and advised me to take it to a mechanic, to adjust the pressure. I did so, but found that the light came back on the next day. Returning again to the mechanic, I was told that there was a leak in the tire, which they did fix, at my expense (under $20). Unfortunately, it's impossible to say whether the leak was in the tire when i bought the car. Apart from that matter, my experience with Murray Kia was very positive. More
