Decent experience, but should be better Our sales associate and the finance person did a good job. But there seemed to be some old-school “car salesmen” techniques at work here by the other Our sales associate and the finance person did a good job. But there seemed to be some old-school “car salesmen” techniques at work here by the other people we worked with. Couple other little quirky things about this dealership: - No self-serve coffee in the sales area - no kids area or even an area for kids to watch TV - the other sales people were very concerned about how many parking spaces we were taking up in front of the dealership. - they attached an unnecessary (in Pennsylvania) front license plate holder to the car just so they could stick a Murray Kia ad plate in it. - they gave me a very low ball offer for my trade (I got literally twice as much by taking it to CarMax) Overall, I got a better feeling from Scott Kia in Springfield, but bought the car I wanted here because the place was more convenient. I also bought a new Toyota last year, which was a nicer dealer experience. More
