Murray Kia Norristown/Conshohocken Area Roger the internet sales manager is the bee’s knees. Without his genuine personality and non-pushy sales methods we wouldn’t have given Kia a chance. Excellent from start to finish I contacted Murray KIA and 3 other KIA dealerships online confirming the exact vehicle I wanted right down to the color - Red Sportage EX. Roger respo I contacted Murray KIA and 3 other KIA dealerships online confirming the exact vehicle I wanted right down to the color - Red Sportage EX. Roger responded on a Sunday via a text and an email when off confirmed details of sale from cost to rebates etc and that they had it in stock. I had visited another dealership a couple days before and I was lied to about a lot of things and bullied. At Murray great customer experience and purchased at a great price no nonsense honest sale. I highly recommend you buy your car at Murray. And processing of paperwork was also excellent. More

Larry Beckett was rude, disrespectful, inflammatory and very loud. He decided I was not worth his time after one look at me, and never smiled once while I was there. He yelled at me to "Get out" because I had a "Bad attitude" and even said "It's not my fault you didn't pay your bills" even though i was approved for financing with Kia motors. I never raised my voice to him, asked several times why he would speak to me that way, and left in tears, near hysterical. My salesman apologized for him and looked flabbergasted, and Mr Beckett followed us out, screaming at me some more about my bad attitude, like I was a child who needed scolding. I am 44 years old. I left crying like a child.I had to pull over on my way home because I couldn't see through my tears, and was physically sick from crying so hard. No woman should ever buy a car from this man. More
