Another great experience This is my 5th purchase from Murray Kia and Roger. As before it was a quick no nonsense experience. Better then fair trade value and price on new car. No pressure at all on extended warranty or other add ons....asked me one time... I said no thenk you and it was never mentioned again. Approved on a lease cor a new Forte. Paperwork was painless and ready to go. Only delay was we got to chatting about other subjects, but that was alright. They are human too and enjoy good conversation. NEVER pushy or arrogant, are friendly and knowledgeable. If someone doesn't know an answer they find out and show proof of the answer. I will continue to deal with Murray Kia. I also never had a car not pass the 100,000 mile mark with little to no problems. From sales, finance, and trade value they are honest and upfront. I look forward to my next purchase from them when the time comes. The ownwrs of Murray Kia have a great staff and should be proud of NOT being the typical car dealership.
