The Murray Kia website lures you in with their KBB tool to value your trade, making you believe you'll be getting a KBB value for your car. Wrong. It's a gimmick. The offer I was given was more than a thousand dollars less than the fair worth of my car and well below the lowest range amount that KBB trade-in value suggested. After speaking with the sales manager, I learned that they don't even use KBB to help them value your trade. Which begs the question, why is it on their website? The answer- they play games and use gimmicks. More
