No proof Simoniz GlassCoat was ever applied after paying $700 for it. They claim to have applied it "over" or "around" an instruction sticker on a high use location on the tailgate. Zero trust by talking with multiple people at Murray Kia IF it was applied, zero ownership to having not applied it properly. So much negativity and arrogance from this place! If you want it done correctly, if you'd like it without a hassle and arrogant attitudes, go somewhere else. I've escalated legally to sort it out, while no one there hears the real problem. More
