Zero trust by talking with multiple people at Murray Kia IF it was applied, zero ownership to having not applied it properly. So much negativity and arrogance from this place! If you want it done correctly, if you'd like it without a hassle and arrogant attitudes, go somewhere else. I've escalated legally to sort it out, while no one there hears the real problem. More

Had a appointment at 8:30 for inspection and oil change i called at 1:00 was told it would be another two hours told them I’ll take it somewhere else.
