The new RACEWAY is not a great experience. Customers have had their cars on order for months. Once they arrive under the new ownership the MSRP cost you were quoted is now adjusted to market v Customers have had their cars on order for months. Once they arrive under the new ownership the MSRP cost you were quoted is now adjusted to market value with increases up to $9000. The new sales manager well you will find out soon. Two words. Buyer Beware. Get it in writing with no small print of lingo that allows loop holes. More

No proof Simoniz GlassCoat was ever applied after paying $700 for it. They claim to have applied it "over" or "around" an instruction sticker on a high use location on the tailgate. The reality is, they expect blind trust and for consumers to just really want the warranty, not the actual protective coating. Zero trust by talking with multiple people at Murray Kia IF it was applied, zero ownership to having not applied it properly. So much negativity and arrogance from this place! If you want it done correctly, if you'd like it without a hassle and arrogant attitudes, go somewhere else. I've escalated legally to sort it out, while no one there hears the real problem. More
