Cris was beyond helpful and accommodating making the buying process as easy and smooth as possible. He was the ultimate professional and his customer service was exemplary from the minute I walked into the dealership. I have never felt more comfortable and confident with such an important purchase. Spoke to both a sales associate and manager on the phone about buying out my lease to get me into a Telluride. Sent over the lease agreement, VIN, mileage etc and specifically said multiple times I don’t wa about buying out my lease to get me into a Telluride. Sent over the lease agreement, VIN, mileage etc and specifically said multiple times I don’t want to waste my time driving out unless they can get me out of the lease without losing anything. They reassured me they checked and it’s no problem. 
 After waiting around they told me they couldn’t do it. Came in with my kids and wasted hours of time after being told it wouldn’t be a problem by several employees and a manager. They flat out LIED to me over the phone to lure me into the dealership hoping I would just accept it. More
