A five star experience from first introduction to delivery of vehicle. Which I might add was all of a 24 hour period. I chose Raceway because they had the Silverado I wanted. Beware I will never ever do business here again. First off six hours to make a deal and they were not even busy. There was only one other customer and I and I will never ever do business here again. I would hate to see what would happen if they got busy. Beware of there under handed tactics! Its been one month and im still dealing there B.S. I cant go into all the details because I had to get my Lawyer involved. OH almost all the employees listed below dont even work there anymore. More

Sarah was immediately friendly genuinely pleasant, which made me feel more at ease right from the start. I have bought several new cars in my life, and Sarah is my favorite salesperson. Alexa was also friendly, and explained things clearly . I have always said that if you bought the car, you paid too much, but Fonda worked with me on price, and made me feel as though I was getting a deal. My only complaint, is that the sales price listed on the dealer website did not include the dealer extras like the "tires for life" etc. Perhaps this could be made more transparent to online shoppers More
