Best Car buying experience ever! I had the best car buying experience of my life at RPT. Andrew was my salesperson and from the moment I walked in the door he made me feel welcome and I had the best car buying experience of my life at RPT. Andrew was my salesperson and from the moment I walked in the door he made me feel welcome and very comfortable. He was knowledgable, courteous, and honestly amazing every step of the way. I also had Frank in management (who was equally as great) help me and for the first time ever I didn't feel like I was being lied to or pushed around at all. I had visited many (at least 10-12) other car dealerships and every single time left feeling annoyed, disappointed, lied to, pushed around and overall exhausted. Andrew and Frank were the ONLY two I dealt with and they were in the same room with me. They didn't make me talk to four or five different levels of management and finance staff changing rooms and forcing some type of intimidation method like other dealerships. I am a well informed and educated (but indecisive) buyer that absolutely hates being pushed around or lied to. Andrew and Frank let me work at my own pace and even let me leave without trying to stop me at the door. They answered all my questions and addressed every single one of my concerns and even gave me a rental car for a day while I was without a car, AND put brand new tires on the car I was buying.
