The process of buying was pleasant. I was told I would get a floor mat after I bought the car shipped to my home address - nothing so far! I bought the car 3 weeks ago. All the conversation is initiated by me. 7 days after I bought the car the battery died! A good dealer checks the battery status before selling a car!! I had to wait 1 1/2 weeks to go to mini in regards to it and they told me the car hasn’t enough miles on it that the factory guarantee has to cover it!!! 2 full weeks of headache and extra costs! Which could have been prevented if the dealer would have done his job right! Btw: still waiting for my floor mat. More

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME. This place is as sketchy as they come. As I read the reviews on here I see a pattern very similar to my experience. I drove over 2 hours for an appointment to look at a car. Before we even arrived they called and told us someone else was looking at the car. First clue they were sketchy. We get there and find that someone else (too obviously it was an emoloyee) was test driving the car. Really? Come on... the miles in the car were very low, however the brakes and rotors were destroyed. Not possible On a car supposedly under 30,000 miles. Then they came out with some sketchy car fax report saying our trade in was wrecked. I already had a clean car fax report on my car. We walked out. Not sure what they are trying to accomplish here but it isnt being honest. More

Flexible negotiations Eduardo was great. Really worked with us about price and financing. The reason for the four stars was the loan officer. He tried to put in GAP insu Eduardo was great. They (RPT) knew that the loan is temporary and I stated that I have the cash to pay off the loan in a few weeks. I didn't want to wait for the money so I got a loan to purchase the car that day. I will say that of the cars I looked at; RPT has quality vehicles. I searched a few other dealers and was appalled at the condition of the vehicles being offered. More

Set a time to view the car on Monday. Had the unfortunate experience of meeting Buck aka Ashton. Was rude from the get go. Wife test drive the car and he completely rude saying “Hello I told you to turn”. Also was busy talking about some Military officer who wanted a free car ( most likely another bunch of lies). and the president of Advent Health (also most likely a lie) Then when we went inside and I, expecting to negotiate on the car based on both what Javier said and what Ashton said (he has said there was a few hundred dollars) made an offer. Ashton first refused to bring it back to finance and then said after that he would but there would be no deal. Then he came back and said they wouldn’t negotiate. I asked to speak with Javier who I explained everything to. He immediately said Ashton wouldn’t do something like that and they don’t negotiate (lie number 2). What a waste of a day. Typical bate and switch. Don’t go here. You can do better at Carmax or anywhere else but here. They are dishonest and categorical are the stereotypical used car salesmen. More
Best Car Buying Experience Ever!!! Of course we were skeptical upon arriving and seeing the sign stating: Bad Credit, No Credit, No Problem. Our skepticism dissipated shortly after meeting Eduardo. We have been through the the car buying process many times over the last 45 years and DREAD the process each and every time. This just felt different. He wasn't pushy and all the cars were clean and authenticated thru CarFax. We communicated with Eduardo initially by text and he was very pleasant and again, not pushy. He could not have been nicer in person nor more helpful in finding out every last detail about the car we were interested in. It seemed as though, while waiting at the dealership, it was the responsibility of every sales associate there to check on every customer to ensure they were being attended to and to offer customers a beverage. We made an offer on the vehicle and they accepted. Who's ever heard of such a thing! They prepared the paperwork, detailed the car, we signed and were on our way. We were offered the optional insurance and extended warranty but declined as we are well insured and the car had a year remaining on the factory warranty. Everyone there was so nice and we will absolutely return when we are in need of another vehicle. Something else worth mentioning. Our car had two key fobs but one of them had accidentally been given to another customer the day before. They assured me that they would contact the customer and make sure we received the second key fob. Later that afternoon we received a text with a photo from Eduardo. He was holding our key fob. It was sent out that day via UPS and we had it in Ocala two days later as promised. I emphatically recommend this dealership for their ultra-clean vehicles and professional & friendly sales team. Thank you very much Eduardo! You and RPT have made two more customers for life. More

Buyer Beware! This is the most deceitful business you will ever encounter. I purchased a vehicle there and have nothing but regrets. They slid in warranties and ins This is the most deceitful business you will ever encounter. I purchased a vehicle there and have nothing but regrets. They slid in warranties and insurance into the contract without even telling me. On top of that I had a major repair less than 3 months after buying a car from them. I will soon be taking them to court over this. All they do is buy junk cars from auctions and spruce them up to make them look good on the outside but under the hood is trash. Do yourself a favor and check out their bbb rating. They got their Better Business Bureau accreditation revoked from too many complaints. There is no car on their lot worth 5+ years of buyer’s remorse and headache. Learn from me and go elsewhere. These people are scam artists at best and give all car salesmen a bad name. I wouldn’t be surprised if they manipulate their Carfax reports too, I would not put that by them. More
