My first time going this route with not being able to touch and drive the car in person prior to purchasing. Patrick was very candid about everything and timely with his replies to all my questions via text and phone. We worked through the details on the vehicle I purchased, plus traded pics and negotiated what I felt was a very fair deal for my trade. After a couple of days I was able to make it down to Dallas to pick the car up and found the car was in excellent shape. Low miles for a 7 year old vehicle and well taken care of, just as described by Patrick. He was also able to take some of the extra time to remedy a few small cosmetic items, which I appreciated and also took time to show me how to actually drive this car and mess with all the little things on it. Total time at the dealer to sign everything was around an hour and Victor in the finance department was efficient and cordial to work with. In addition, Victor was able to locate an extended warranty (hard to get for exotics) after everything was done at a great price that I couldn’t refuse. Once the inspection was done, the car needed a couple of little things to be perfect. Patrick the manager didn’t hesitate one bit to help me right away. He made sure to fix all the little things the car needed to be perfect. I couldn’t be more thankful for my experience, I am not the type to ever write a review really, but my experience was so good that I felt they really deserved it. 10/10 customer service and 10/10 inventory. This dealership looks like a car gallery showroom not a dealership. I will be back for my next car for sure! More
