However, Subaru Steve was absolutely wonderful. He made eye contact, listened to what I had to say and what I wanted. He made suggestions that were appropriate and he made me feel comfortable experiencing buying a new car. I walked onto the lot thinking I was just going to test drive a forester and an outback and left feeling like I had been given an amazing amount of information and opportunity to purchase my first new car. Steve allowed me walk off the lot without feeling pressure to purchase the car that day. He was available via text message for when I had questions later and ultimately was there when I went back in the evening to put down my down-payment and purchase my outback. My First Subaru I had narrowed down my vehicle choice to three-one being the 2018 Subaru Outback. I was in the lot when Anthony Vonner came out and I told him I didn’t need any help. Anthony being Anthony replied that he wanted to introduce himself to me in case I had any questions later. Over an hour later of Anthony and me chatting about Subaru I gained an instant friend! I test drove the Outback and the other two vehicles and narrowed it down to my final 2 choices. Anthony introduced me to everyone at Subaru who answered all my questions, and they matched the trade in value of the other dealership. When it came down to it the purchase price for both vehicles was the same.
