Absolutely the worst service department I have ever been to. My truck has been there 3 times and the problem still isn’t corrected. To make matters worse the last time my truck was there the service manager to. My truck has been there 3 times and the problem still isn’t corrected. To make matters worse the last time my truck was there the service manager somehow dented the hood of my brand new 2022 Silverado. He did not tell me about it I had to find out for myself that he did it and when I called him out on it he with no problem at all says “oh I was the one driving it so it must of been me.” If you have a Chevy stay far away from RK service department they are absolutely terrible. I have nothing good to say about that place if I could give them negative stars I would. More

Easy on-line appointment, easy access to service doors, service agent was professional, main reason for service was milage dictated oil / filter change and tire rotation. However, we had one other concern regarding what seemed like unusual play in the drive train when parking whether on flat or hilly surfaces (1st time owning Colorado Truck so was not sure what was normal). The service agent took for short spin to understand what we were sensing and then made sure the mechanics verified what he suspected as normal slack in the drive train and including when vehicle shifter placed in parking mode. Even though Service department seemed very busy my service was completed reasonably quick while I waited in lounge area. While waiting I also spoke with a sales agent, that I had purchased a prior vehicle from. I explained why I ended up buying the new truck in Florida rather than from their New Jersey dealership, he was understanding, still pleasant, and treated me with good conversation. New inventory was hard to come by at any dealership last year at a time when our other vehicle was crushed by a tree in a bad storm. No dealerships in our area had new inventory. While dealing with family matters in Florida we were very lucky to get a call from one of the dozen dealerships we stopped into... they received two new trucks (one spoken for). We were looking for another SUV; however, given the problems finding any new vehicles we purchased the truck due to current need. So, we were very happy with our local RK Chevrolet dealer both the Service department and the understanding Sales department. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the Service agent's name (should be on your service files); however, the Sales agent was Macho Gonzalez (I had purchased a prior vehicle from him). Also, should note that the agent that finalizes your paperwork and takes payment for the work completed was very pleasant and she made you feel at home. More
