Smooth purchase! Purchasing a new vehicle was not on my radar of things to do this December. My Chevy Cobolt died an unexpected death. RK service department was hon Purchasing a new vehicle was not on my radar of things to do this December. My Chevy Cobolt died an unexpected death. RK service department was honest with me on the cost of repair to a 12 year old vehicle. It was a no brainer on what I had to do. I actually remember my old sales person and requested to speak to him. Sadly he had passed away but the service manager said if you liked your person from 12 years ago I have another sales person who worked with him back then. He told me he would get Tom Fleming to give me a call. And Tom did just that. We spoke of my old car and what my current needs where. He emailed me a selection of vehicles to look at and scheduled an appointment to meet him and test drive them. He was fantastic, honest and realistic for what I was looking for. The entire process was super smooth. The new car sales manager I kinda remembered me too from my prior purchase as well. All and all from the service department to sales to the person that handles the financial paperwork everyone did what they needed to do in a professional, non-rushed manner with an attitude that they care about you the customer making a huge investment/purchase. Great customer service from all the staff! I arrived late Sunday morning for a truck I noticed online. The truck I was looking at had not arrived. There was another truck just like the one I wa I arrived late Sunday morning for a truck I noticed online. The truck I was looking at had not arrived. There was another truck just like the one I was interested in except two items. This did not deter you sales staff at all.
