One additional issue I have once I arrived home and went over the entire vehicle. I spent 2-1/2 hrs. cleaning the entire vehicle inside of dog hairs, and other items that was overlooked by the Service Dept. The job that was supposed to done at the dealership. Also cleaning the rear seats, I found a big rip in the rear seat on the side that was not spotted on the initial inspection, and covered with black duct tape. Very poor and un-professional job. I would give an (F) or a half a star for un-satisfaction work. Service department needs training on how to do their job. Clean and perform work as if it were own vehicle. Makes sense. and I would not want this on my mind of the shotty work for any customer. Although the 5 star I gave previously for the sales staff was pending due to the work I found in my inspection. These items and work should be covered on the initial 30 days that was explained to me. Please reply and correct these as I am a paying customer and previous Military (should not be treated this way!!
