Finally I got a car with no money down. They had the exact Chevy Cobalt I wanted and the payments were not too high! My experience there was the worst experience i could of ever had with a car delearship! Negotiation was not the biggest issue because their prices were overboard, but the customer service and the treatment ever had with a car delearship! my experience with RK was horrible. I would never recommend them. They screwed us bad. said the car was suppose to cost up 18,000 with the employee discount. let me tell you this was are first tim recommend them. Either way I felt like writing about my experience. RK Chevrolet helped me find the perfect Truck. Even though I do not use it to haul anything, it has a whopping 390 HP. Oh baby. And its a Chevrolet! Anyways I am not here to gloat on my new car, I just wanted to let people know about my great experience at RK Chevrolet. while doing business on a contract for our used vehicle purchase the dealers had asked us for an additional 2 thousand dollars we told them we did not have it they said fine. They worked the numbers and we closed the deal on our vehicle. After we signed a deal with a financial lender, RK CHEVROLET called my wife two days later and at 10 pm no less they asked for another 1 thousand dollars. My wife had told them no. We called our financial lender the next day and they said we had a contract with them and they had RK CHEVROLET had no business doing that. So I have been waiting for a month for my new plates and they have no idea where they are. I have also asked my salesmen wher my oil change cupon book was and my warranty papperwork was. He will not return my phone calls. Stay away from this dealership they suck and are very shady. I also had a problem with my rear brakes they we not working, my truck had a new state inspection on it I took apart the rear brakees to find they were not hooked up in at least 2 places on each side. The truck was inspected by RK BUICK I called the service manager he said 'WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO TO ABOUT IT' so they are unsafe as well. More
