I did have a good experience with everyone there! The gentleman who was the primary salesman was everything I could have asked for. When his sales manager got involved, he was just as polite. The lady, the finance director, was very professional. She explained the options I had, she wasn't pushy, she didn't try to ram it all down my throat real fast. She did a lovely job. I think a good salesman is someone who listens to you, somebody who would try and find you exactly what you say you want and not try and sell you something you don't want, or that costs more money. I bought my previous vehicle at RK and I was very satisfied. I had all the service done on that car at RK and I was well satisfied with that. When I wanted a new car, it was a no-brainer to to back to RK! More

She asked if I'd like to test drive a new Corvette while I was waiting. I did and I bought it. They got me a great deal. Dealing with them was a snap. I gave them one thousand dollars down, they took my truck - while it was still in the repair shop - and I drove home in a new Corvette. I would certainly recommend them. I'm very happy. I didn't plan on buying another vehicle. And I certainly didn't plan on buying a car, or buying new Corvette! More

Finally I got a car with no money down. They had the exact Chevy Cobalt I wanted and the payments were not too high! Negotiation was not the biggest issue because their prices were overboard, but the customer service and the treatment ever had with a car delearship!
