this is the 3rd new chevy i have bought and the price was awesome along with the quality of the truck. but once we took the truck home we just kept having issue with RK (not the truck). i will keep buying awesome along with the quality of the truck. but once we took the truck home we just kept having issue with RK (not the truck). i will keep buying chevy but will never buy from rk again. It was a great experience. They had the car that we wanted. We knew we wanted a Corvette and we went to see them. The sales guy helped us very well. We really enjoyed him. AVOID THIS CROOK!!! He is pushy and lies!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM AND ROBERT RAMIERZ!!! Broke down while in Virginia Beach on vacation. Turned out to be a bad fuel pump. Was nice of them to fit me into the schedule but it still took them 3 days to fix the truck. They charged me: $1227.00 to out to be a bad fuel pump. Was nice of them to fit me into the schedule but it still took them 3 days to fix the truck. They charged me: $1227.00 to fix my replace a fuel pump and a brake line they said was broken. Total was a whopping 1,227.00 to perform this service. Holy CRAP!!! I found that the fuel pump (geninue AC Delco) part is $69.00. They charged me $485 for this part. This was HIGHWAY ROBBERY. They were able to get me back on the road but boy did it cost me. I guess I was hoping they I could find a Chevy dealership that did not prey on people. I WAS WRONG. Recommend go to one of the other dealerships in the area. UPDATE I was contacted by the owner of the dealership which surprised me. He informed me that the part included a module that I was not made aware of. The cost of this module was more than the 70 fuel pump. He offered to do whatever it takes to make me happy. We settled and I am now a happy customer. Thanks for taking the time to contact me. I did have a good experience with everyone there! The gentleman who was the primary salesman was everything I could have asked for. When his sales manager got involved, he was just as polite. The lady, the finance director, was very professional. She explained the options I had, she wasn't pushy, she didn't try to ram it all down my throat real fast. She did a lovely job. I think a good salesman is someone who listens to you, somebody who would try and find you exactly what you say you want and not try and sell you something you don't want, or that costs more money. I bought my previous vehicle at RK and I was very satisfied. I had all the service done on that car at RK and I was well satisfied with that. When I wanted a new car, it was a no-brainer to to back to RK! More

It was very easy. Dorinda was awesome, she was extremely helpful. I had no intention of buying anything. While I was waiting for my truck in the service department, I was wondering around. Dorinda came ov helpful. I had no intention of buying anything. While I was waiting for my truck in the service department, I was wondering around. Dorinda came over to talk to me. She asked if I'd like to test drive a new Corvette while I was waiting. I did and I bought it. They got me a great deal. Dealing with them was a snap. I gave them one thousand dollars down, they took my truck - while it was still in the repair shop - and I drove home in a new Corvette. I would certainly recommend them. I'm very happy. I didn't plan on buying another vehicle. And I certainly didn't plan on buying a car, or buying new Corvette! More
