Recall Service I received a letter in the mail that my Elantra had a recall and that I should have it serviced. I scheduled an appointment with Ricart Hyundai and explained the letter I got and what the recall was for, though the representative I spoke with seemed to have no idea what I was talking about. I went in for my recall service and was told that it would take around an hour and a half, which I expected. After the time had passed, they brought the paperwork out and explained to me the 20+ other things they found "wrong" with my car that I needed to have fixed. I told them I was only in for the recall and then, after already waiting 1.5 hours, they told me that they didn't have the part in stock. They would order it and I would have to set up ANOTHER appointment to have it fixed. I don't understand why, if they already knew what my car was coming in for, they wouldn't have the part ready to go. Annoyed, I set up another appointment when they called to let me know the part was in. I took my car in for my second appointment, and again was told that it would take an hour and a half. Wonderful. After the time had passed, they brought my car around, reminded me again about the list of items that I didn't let them fix last time, and I headed out with my car. Unfortunately, this was not the end of my troubles with the service department at Ricart. Upon arriving to my next destination, I took a moment to look around my car and noticed a few things that were different. First, I noticed that there were black smudges on my drivers side visor, which did not come from me. There were also items in my car that were out of place/moved around. I don't think moving items around in my car was part of my recall. Feeling uneasy, I got out of my car to look around the outside. My front license plate was bent on both sides at 90 degree angles facing outward. Really? Lastly, when I opened my trunk, I saw a small screwdriver in the lining of the trunk by the back window. I am extremely disappointed with the service I was given, as I don't think I should feel the need to look over my car to make sure everything is returned to me the way I left it. There are annoying things that I expect when getting my car serviced, such as a long wait time for a simple task, having to readjust my seats, mirrors, and lights, and even radio station, but this was absolutely ridiculous! Needless to say, I will never return to Ricart Hyundai for any reason. Even if that means I will be driving an hour to go to another dealer if necessary. More

All employees who addressed my service concerns appeared to care. They worked in an efficient manner. I have to travel across town, so I am hoping that my trip is worth the drive. I say this because there is another dealership within a few miles of my residence. At this time, the service department runs like a well-oiled machine. I will return again. Side note: Also, Amber Parham did a great job helping me to find the car of my liking. I wish she could have carried out the whole process - it would have been less stressful! More

The techs update you face-to-face about your repairs similar to doctors and nurses in a hospital waiting room. I only waited 1.5 hours (on a Saturday) for the repairs to my vehicle which included a free (optional) wash. The service waiting area is clean, comfortable, and accommodating to the customers. They have digital televisions, bending machines, free WiFi, and free coffee and donuts. More
Surprisingly Awesome I have heard some pretty negative things about this place from friends and coworkers. Then my clutch went out while i was driving and I needed to have it somewhere in a clinch. I called Ricart and asked if they would receive my car when I had it towed. They scheduled me quickly and since it was late in the day, they got it looked at the next day. The were also able to get the repair part in and have it fixed that day. In 24 hours turnaround they had me back in my car. All the negativity was washed away. I will definitely trust my car to Ricart in the future. If you have heard negative things about them, I will simply tell you to give them a chance to earn your trust. I worked out great for me. Thanks Ricart! More
