I was promptly contacted by an associate after submitting my information through Ricart's website. I visited the dealership that same day and Jason worked with me on my options through closing time! I returned that next day after receiving a call back with some more buying options that met my needs and left with my brand new vehicle in a matter of a couple of hours. Throughout the buying process, I was provided with consistent and thoroughly explained updates. I was also made very comfortable with beverages and snacks. I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience and would recommend Ricart to friends, family, coworkers or anyone interested in knowing their options when it comes to purchasing/leasing a vehicle. Annoyed During the test drive, I was told to speed. There were multiple times where they told me to write a good review on the survey. After purchasing, my ca During the test drive, I was told to speed. There were multiple times where they told me to write a good review on the survey. After purchasing, my car was not given to me with a full tank of gas like promised, only a little over 1/2 a tank was given to me. Since purchasing my car, I have been contacted 4 different times by Dillon asking if I had any questions (if I had questions I would call and ask myself) and this man has also contacted my workplace (which is a hospital) multiple times to the point where I am getting in trouble for. The hospital has asked him to stop calling and asking for me yet they continue to get phone calls. When Dillon was taking down my information prior to purchase, I specifically asked for no one to contact my work place because it is a hospital and he assured me that no one would call my work number and that it was just part of the information that ricart asked. Due to this practically phone harassment, I'm not sure I will return to ricart for future purchases. I do not want to buy a car from someone and get harassed for weeks later. More
