Didn't have the color on the lot I wanted. John traveled to Athens to get the car. He did this so I didn't have to go home (2 hrs) and come back and go home again (4 hrs). He gave me the keys to a new Sonata while he was gone. Long story short. I'm in sales myself and John went above and beyond so I could get my car the same day. I will definitely be back and recommend this dealership and John to everyone I know!! More

Above and Beyond Sales Lady Ricart Hyundai is very fortunate to have Heather Golden as their sales lady. I went in to buy a new Sonata and after explaining the Sonata was made Ricart Hyundai is very fortunate to have Heather Golden as their sales lady. I went in to buy a new Sonata and after explaining the Sonata was made larger than my 2007 Sonata and that the Elantra is about the same size as my car. I ended up purchasing the Elantra. I did not want a larger car. She didn't have to tell me this. Her experience, knowledge, personality and whatever goes along with this was extremely professional. She bent backwards to explain all the features on the car and answered all my questions, She even went so far to program the main features that I would use. My knowledge of technology is very nil. Everyone that was involved with making my deal were all the best. Heather to me was a blessing. In my mind Heather is the best. More
